Lawn Team
Join our professional lawn care crew. Create beautiful outdoor spaces and grow your career with Kansas City's premier landscaping team.
- $20/hr starting pay
- 35-50 hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

Role Expectations
- Route-based mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
- Equipment loading/unloading
- Outdoor work in heat/cold
- Consistent schedule during season
- Customer-facing professionalism
Snow Team
Join our elite winter operations crew. Be part of the team that keeps Kansas City moving when the snow falls.
- Sidewalk crews: $35/hr (W-2)
- Experienced operators: $40/hr (W-2)
- Subcontractors with trucks welcome
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Role Expectations
- On-call during winter events
- Nights/weekends required
- Trigger-based dispatch (not fixed schedule)
- Parking lots and/or sidewalks depending on role
- Weather-dependent hours

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license (operators)
- Ability to lift ~50 lbs
- Reliable attendance
- Willing to work outdoors in winter conditions
- Experience preferred, training provided
